Strong Tower Consulting, LLC is the Minnesota freight technology consulting firm founded by Scott Elliott in 2008. These interactive tools run on the assumptions you enter. They return a readiness score, a split-sleeper pairing, or a leakage estimate you can carry into an engineering review.
Pick a model
What these models do
- Run only on the numbers and answers you enter
- Show the formula behind every result
- Give you a figure to test in an engineering review
What they do not do
- Compare you with industry benchmarks
- Promise a recovery rate or a savings figure
- Replace the ELD calculation or the regulatory text
How to use the results in an engineering review
Bring the score, the pairing, or the leakage figure to a working session with dispatch, safety, and billing. Write down each assumption, the system of record behind it, and the decision the number is meant to inform. Confirm whether the same calculation can be repeated from TMS, ELD, and billing data. The review should name the owner of each data gap and the next engineering step: a data fix, an interface, or a controlled pilot. Publish the assumptions beside the figure so the review can test them.
Continue with an architecture brief
When the readiness score points at missing operational history, continue with the carrier architecture brief. When quoting or carrier vetting is the constraint, continue with the brokerage brief.
Bring your numbers to a working session.
Strong Tower Consulting provides independent systems architecture, feasibility audits, and engineering roadmaps for motor carriers and freight brokers. Contact our advisory team or call 763-244-1373 to discuss your operational data and evaluate practical implementation paths for your fleet.
